Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NaturaList mobile application (the "App") provided by Sensory.AV LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

NaturaList is an AI-powered grocery shopping assistant. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

2. Account and Authentication

The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free Tier. All users receive 5 AI assistant requests per month at no cost.
• Pro Subscription. The Pro subscription provides unlimited AI assistant requests. Pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase.
• Billing. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are auto-renewing. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes. We may change subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect on your next renewal date, and you will be notified in advance.

All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-generated suggestions for grocery shopping, meal planning, and related topics. This content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

• AI-generated content does not constitute medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or dietary guidance, especially if you have food allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• You use AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sensory.AV LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other usage restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its backend services.
• Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sensory.AV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any AI-generated content or suggestions provided by the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other matter relating to the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
