Privacy Policy

Sensory.AV LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the NaturaList mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you use NaturaList, we may collect the following information:

• Apple ID Identifier. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique, app-scoped user identifier provided by Apple.
• Name and Email (optional). Apple may share your first name and email address during sign-in, depending on your choices. You may choose to hide your email.
• AI Request Content. When you use the AI assistant feature, the text of your requests is sent to our server for processing.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, health data, or any other sensitive personal information.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

• Apple ID and Session Token. Your Apple user identifier and authentication session token are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device.
• User Preferences. App settings and preferences are stored locally using iOS UserDefaults.
• Chat History and Shopping Lists. Your AI chat history and shopping lists are stored entirely on your device in local app files. We do not have access to this data.

3. Information Sent to Servers

When you use the AI assistant, your request is sent to our backend service hosted on Cloudflare Workers. This service acts as a proxy and forwards your request to the Anthropic Claude API for processing. The following data is transmitted:

• The content of your AI request (e.g., a question about groceries or meal planning).
• Your Apple identity token, used solely for authentication and rate limiting.

We do not store the content of your AI requests on our servers. Anthropic's use of data sent to their API is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with Anthropic as described above to provide the AI assistant functionality.

5. Data Retention

• Local Data. All locally stored data (chat history, shopping lists, preferences, and Keychain entries) is deleted when you uninstall the App from your device.
• Server-Side Data. Our server maintains anonymous rate-limit counters that expire automatically after approximately 35 days. No personally identifiable message content is retained on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

NaturaList is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all network communications and iOS Keychain for sensitive credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices

• You may choose to hide your email address when signing in with Apple.
• You may delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App.
• You may stop using the AI assistant features at any time, which will prevent any data from being sent to our servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
