NaturaList is published by Sensory.AV. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
NaturaList is local-first. Personal shopping lists, pantry items, meal plans, budgets, preferences, and shopping history are stored on your device. Optional AI, community, retailer, and collaborative-list features use network services only when you choose to use them. NaturaList does not sell personal information, show behavioral advertising, or track users across other companies' apps and websites.
Deleting the app removes this local data unless it is retained through an Apple backup. Content intentionally published to the community or shared through a collaborative list is hosted separately and is not removed merely by uninstalling the app.
Sign in with Apple is required for community and collaborative features. When used, NaturaList processes an Apple account identifier and any profile name you choose to provide. The hosted service stores information needed to provide these features, including:
Community recipes and profile information are public to other NaturaList users. Collaborative lists are available only to authorized members. Reports and blocks are not public.
You can delete your hosted NaturaList account from the app. Account deletion removes your profile and associated hosted content, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or unresolved moderation reports.
AI requests are sent either through NaturaList's hosted service or directly to Anthropic when you provide your own API key. A request can include your prompt and the shopping, pantry, dietary, allergy, or meal context needed to answer it. Anthropic processes these requests under its privacy policy. NaturaList does not use AI conversations for advertising.
NaturaList uses Apple services for Sign in with Apple, maps, location, speech, purchases, and platform delivery; Cloudflare for hosted API and database infrastructure; and Anthropic for AI processing. Retailer integrations may process search terms, store selection, and shopping-list items when you explicitly use retailer lookup or handoff features.
Sensory.AV does not sell or rent personal information and does not share it with advertisers. Information is shared with service providers only to operate features you request, protect the service, or comply with law. Content you publish to the community is intentionally visible to other users.
Network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Optional API keys use iOS Keychain storage. Access to hosted community and collaboration features requires an authenticated session. No system can guarantee absolute security.
NaturaList is not directed to children under 13, and community features are intended for users able to consent to account-based services. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
You can edit or delete local data in the app, stop using Sign in with Apple, delete your hosted NaturaList account, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
